Shipping is free to the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Poland.

1 to 3 days delivery time within Germany, 3-6 days to other countries.

IMPORTANT: Please check directly upon receipt of the delivery that your package has not been damaged during delivery. This check must be done immediately upon receipt and in the presence of the carrier.
If the packaging of your package is damaged, please note the defects on the delivery bill. You can also refuse to accept the package. The delivery bill is an important document as proof for compensation by Little Seaside or the carrier (refund or exchange).

Our prices are listed in Euros and will be invoiced accordingly.

All returns will be processed in Euros in accordance with our returns policy.

You can pay with American Express, ApplePay, Bancontact, EPS, Google Pay, iDEAL, KLARNA, MAESTRO, Mastercard, PayPAl, ShopPay, SOFORT and VISA.

Little Seaside Ltd will not collect or store your payment information.

Processing times of your orders

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (CET). However, we are always available via email and will make every effort to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.

All orders received before 12 noon Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on applicable German public holidays and on weekends.

Delivery information

Please check that you have entered your full name and the correct delivery address (including zip code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order completion.

In the unlikely event that, despite the correct delivery information being provided at the time of order completion, your order does not arrive (within 30 days), please write to us at .


If no one can be found at your address to receive your order, we will leave a message to let you know how to arrange a redelivery or pick up the products at a local depot.

If you do not re-arrange delivery or pick up the products from a local depot as specified, we will have to charge you for the storage costs and other delivery costs associated with the order. If we are unable to reach you for redelivery or pickup, we will have to cancel your order. In this case, we can only offer you a full refund if the products are returned to us in saleable condition. The applicable amounts and any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. In this case, the original postage and shipping charges are not refundable.

Due to Corona restrictions, courier services currently deliver orders contactless. The customer should specify delivery details upon receipt of tracking information, as we do not accept liability for lost packages.


If you have changed your mind, the products you wish to return must have been purchased on our website. and returned to us in their original undamaged, unused, unopened and undamaged packaging.

For any purchase made on our website, you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to return it to us. Items will be returned at the customer's expense.

All returned merchandise must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was shipped by us, intact. Little Seaside will inspect all returned merchandise for any damage and ensure that it is from Little Seaside.

Prior to any return, you must contact us by email at Please include your order number and the name of the product you wish to return to us. No return will be accepted without first notifying us and receiving the documentation necessary to investigate the return.

In the case of a defective product, in addition to the above information, please include a clear photo of the product as a whole and a clear photo of the defective part.
